What kind of company is Indonesia PDS?
PDS has a history of over 20 years, which started when the two founders of the company had the opportunity to explore and delve deeply into the human resources business while working abroad. Returning to Indonesia with the mission to start a recruitment service company, the founders established the company that would later become PT Prima Duta Sejati (PDS) in 1997. PDS was established in 1999 and is located in Gempol, East Java, Indonesia.
From 1999 to mid-2016, PDS has deployed over 100,000 staff overseas (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, etc.) and trained and deployed them through its central office, nine regional offices and seven training centers in Java, Sumatera, Celebes and Nusa Tenggara. In line with the government’s commitment to not send “informal” workers overseas by 2017, PDS is committed to supporting the government’s efforts by focusing its strategies and resources on training and deploying a competent, qualified and skilled workforce.

1. Exclusive contract with PSD, the official human resources agency of the Indonesian government, and Korea
PSD, an officially approved human resource export company by the Indonesian government, and CYTeam Co., Ltd. have signed an exclusive contract for the Korean business. Accordingly, CYTeam Co., Ltd. will exclusively handle the domestic human resource demand.
In addition, the headquarters has signed an MOU with the Korea Venture Business Association and will take the lead in sending excellent overseas IT engineers to Korea in cooperation with PDS.

With 20 years of experience, PDS has facilities to accommodate over 1,200 new employees and close to 100 staff on a site of 17,000 m2 with a total building area of 12,000 m2 (including offices, training facilities, dormitories, etc.).

The training center has 35 classes with language labs, cooking classes, caregiver classes, babysitting classes, a complete mini-hospital training facility for nurses and caregivers, spa training facilities, 2 restaurants, 210 bathrooms, 1 basketball court, 1 badminton court, 3 dormitories (total 1200 beds), 1 prayer room, 1 mini-market, 1 library, etc.

PDS has strict requirements and sound training for potential workers who are aiming for overseas employment. PDS is constantly upgrading its training curriculum to ensure that workers do not fail in the workplace due to language barriers, and to enhance their adaptability and compliance in foreign countries, thereby gaining a competitive edge.
